Q. Can I use a template for my business, school, church, etc?
Yes, all templates can be used for commercial business or personal use, and if you are a graphic designer, you may use them in a project with a client. I only ask that the template files themselves are not redistributed or sold as templates, modified or unmodified. You may gladly link to worddraw.com and post images of the files on your site, if you wish to share the Free Newsletter Templates

Q. How do you modify the templates?
All of the text or images are contained within text boxes in Microsoft Word. The download files contain sample newsletter text so you know where to insert your information, but you can modify the font, color, size and text by changing the properties of the text box.

Q. What version of Microsoft Word do I need in order to modify the free newsletter templates?
The templates were created in Microsoft Office 2000 in .doc format and have been tested and are compatible with all versions of Word 2010, 2007, 2003, XP etc.

Q. Who created the templates on this site?
I created all of the templates on this site. For several years, I was in charge of making a monthly company newsletter, so I became very skilled at designing newsletters. Some of the designs use free stock photos from image libraries or free resources from around the web.
